Burpee365 is operated by the Burpee365 project owner. For privacy questions, support or deletion/export requests, contact us through the contact form.

If formal legal contact details are required for your jurisdiction, they will be provided through the contact channel and reflected in this policy.

• Email address and authentication identifiers used to sign in.
• Username, display name, avatar, bio and other profile fields you choose to add.
• Account status, role, verification status, admin/moderator flags and safety-related account settings.
• Profile privacy settings, notification preferences, theme preferences and comment settings.

Burpee365 stores progress data so the app can track your burpee journey and show your results.

• Daily burpee logs, dates, amounts, notes and completion status.
• Challenge memberships, challenge runs, start dates, end dates, progress, active run state and history.
• Current streak, longest streak, completed days, total burpees, level and milestone progress.
• Badges, trophies, leaderboards, rankings and activity summaries.

Burpee365 includes social and community features. These features may store:

• Posts, public activity events, notes and share pages.
• Comments, replies, mentions, reactions and reaction counts.
• Followers, following, follow requests and invite activity.
• Reports, moderation actions and admin review history.

During onboarding you choose whether your profile is public or private. Public is the default. If your profile is public, visitors may see your username, display name, avatar, verified status, badges, trophies, streaks, stats, challenge activity, public feed activity and public share pages.

If your profile is private, public visitors should only see a limited private-profile message. Some information may still be visible to people you accept as followers where follower access is supported. You can also control individual profile sections such as stats, calendar, active challenge, trophies and public feed activity in settings.

Shared activity links are public if you choose to create or share them, even if your profile is private.

Comments and reactions help the community encourage progress. Comments are on by default, but you can turn off comments on your activity in settings. If comments are disabled, new comments should be blocked both in the app and by server-side rules.

Follows and follow requests are used to show community activity, suggested profiles and private-profile access where supported.

Users can report profiles, activity, comments, reactions, shares and challenge content. Reports may include the reporter, the target content, reason, details, timestamps and moderation metadata. Admins and moderators may review reports, hide content, restore content, dismiss reports or take other safety actions.

Burpee365 uses necessary cookies and local storage for sign-in, session handling, privacy choices, app preferences and product functionality. Optional analytics/statistics are only loaded after you allow optional statistics.

Optional analytics may help us understand page views, signups, onboarding, challenge joins, logging, sharing and product errors. We avoid loading optional analytics on sensitive areas such as admin, settings and contact pages where possible.

Public share pages may record lightweight events such as page views, copy-link clicks, native share clicks and join clicks. We may store metadata such as timestamp, page path, referrer and user agent. Burpee365 is designed so your own views of your own share page should not count as external opens.

We process data for these practical reasons:

• To provide the app and your account.
• To save your burpee logs, progress, streaks, badges and challenge history.
• To show public profiles, public activity and community features according to your settings.
• To keep the service safe, prevent abuse and moderate reports.
• To understand and improve the product when analytics are allowed.
• To comply with legal obligations where they apply.

Depending on where you live, these reasons may map to contract, legitimate interests, consent, legal obligations or another lawful basis. Optional analytics are based on your choice where consent is required.

We keep account and progress data while your account is active so your history, streaks, badges and challenge runs continue to work. Reports, moderation logs and admin audit records may be kept longer when needed for safety, abuse prevention or legal reasons.

If you delete or request deletion of your account, we will delete or anonymize personal data unless we need to keep limited records for safety, security, legal compliance or dispute handling.

You can request a copy of your data or ask for deletion through the contact form. Admin-only tools may also be used to reset progress for test or launch-cleanup purposes, but those tools should not expose private data to other users.

Burpee365 may use service providers to host the app, store data, send authentication emails, process analytics and protect the service.

• Email delivery providers for sign-in, account and product messages.
• Analytics/statistics providers only when optional tracking is allowed.
