Burpee365 is operated by the Burpee365 project owner. Contact details are available through the contact form.

If formal company registration details, legal address or jurisdiction terms are required by applicable law, they will be provided through the contact channel and reflected in an updated version of these Terms.

You must be at least 13 years old to use Burpee365. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy.

You are responsible for keeping your account, email, username, password and magic-link access secure. Do not share access to your account or use another person's account without permission.

You agree to use Burpee365 honestly and respectfully. You must not:

• Harass, threaten, impersonate or abuse other users.
• Post spam, misleading content, illegal content or content that violates someone else's rights.
• Manipulate burpee logs, rankings, badges, reports, followers, reactions or launch rewards.
• Try to access private data, admin tools, accounts or systems you are not allowed to access.
• Interfere with security, rate limits, moderation, analytics or service stability.

Burpee365 is a fitness challenge app. Burpees can be physically demanding. You are responsible for deciding whether a workout, challenge or daily target is safe for you. Start slowly, use good judgment and stop if you feel pain, dizziness, unusual discomfort or unsafe fatigue.

Burpee365 does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, physical therapy or professional coaching. Talk to a qualified medical professional before starting if you have health concerns, injuries, medical conditions or uncertainty about exercise safety.

Burpee365 tracks daily burpee logs, challenge runs, streaks, badges, trophies, levels, leaderboards and public progress. Many results are self-reported by users. Burpee365 does not verify every burpee count or guarantee that all user-submitted results are accurate.

The product is currently focused on one active burpee run at a time. If you end a run, that attempt may be saved as history and a new run starts fresh. Features may change as the product develops.

User-generated content includes usernames, display names, bios, avatars, logs, notes, comments, replies, mentions, reactions, reports, public share pages, challenge wall posts and other community activity.

You keep ownership of content you create, but you give Burpee365 permission to host, display, process, moderate and share that content as needed to provide the service, operate public profiles, display activity feeds, run reports and show share pages according to your settings.

During onboarding and in settings, you can choose whether your profile is public or private. Public profiles may show your username, display name, avatar, badges, trophies, streaks, stats, challenges, followers, public feed activity and shareable progress. Private profiles should show limited information to unauthorized visitors. Separate visibility settings may hide sections such as stats, calendar, active challenge, trophies or feed posts.

If you create or share a public activity link, that page may be visible to anyone with the link even if your profile is private. Be thoughtful about what you choose to share.

Community features are for encouragement, accountability and launch feedback. Keep comments and reactions respectful. Do not use Burpee365 to shame, threaten, target, spam or mislead other users.

Comments are on by default, and users may be able to turn comments off in settings. Reports can be submitted for content that appears abusive, unsafe, spammy, misleading or otherwise harmful.

Burpee365 may review, hide, remove or restore content. We may suspend accounts, limit visibility, remove rewards, correct stats or restrict features if we believe there is abuse, cheating, impersonation, spam, safety risk, test-data cleanup or violation of these Terms.

Admin and moderator decisions may be based on reports, product integrity checks, public activity, system logs and other available information.

Badges, trophies, verification marks, founder status, pioneer status, levels and rankings are product signals. They are not professional certifications, medical claims, identity guarantees or proof that every activity was independently verified.

Burpee365 may correct, remove or adjust badges, rewards, rankings and verification if they were granted by mistake, abuse or test data.

Burpee365, the Burpee365 name, app design, brand assets, icons, code, product structure and original content are owned by Burpee365 or its licensors. You may not copy, sell, rebrand or misuse the service or brand without permission.

You are responsible for making sure content you upload or submit does not infringe someone else's rights.

Burpee365 is evolving. We may add, change, hide, limit or remove features, challenges, social tools, competitions, analytics, admin tools or launch experiments. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that every feature will remain available forever.

Burpee365 is provided as-is. To the maximum extent allowed by law, Burpee365 is not responsible for injuries, health issues, lost data, lost streaks, inaccurate self-reported results, service interruptions, third-party services or indirect losses related to your use of the app.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations. In that case, the limitations apply only to the extent permitted by law.

You can stop using Burpee365 at any time. Burpee365 may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, create risk for other users, abuse the product or create security/moderation issues.

We may update these Terms as Burpee365 changes. If changes are material, we will try to make them reasonably visible in the product. Continued use of Burpee365 after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
